Toowoomba House Inspections is owned and operated by Jeff Boatfield, a Toowoomba local with decades of experience in the building services industry.
Jeff began his career in 1988 with his father, who was also a builder. After completing his apprenticeship and gaining years of valuable on-the-job experience, Jeff began his own building company in 1997, specialising in new homes, renovations and extensions.
Always on the lookout for ways to broaden his skill set, Jeff became an accredited Building Inspector in 2010, initially performing inspections as a favour to colleagues and associates.
Thanks to his extensive experience as a builder, Jeff and Toowoomba House Inspections have fast become recognised as a quick, thorough and intuitively minded building inspection service. Our popularity has stemmed from the following commitments we make to each and every client.

Swimming pools should be fun. However, drowning is a leading cause of death in Queensland for children aged one to four years. Supervision of kids and teaching them to swim at a young age can save lives. Effective pool fencing also keeps kids safe. This is why new pool safety laws have been introduced.
From 1 December 2010, most pools, including pools on properties where there is a house, townhouse, unit, hotel, motel, backpackers or caravan park, need to comply with a new pool safety standard within five years, or earlier if the property is sold or leased before then.

Once we’ve inspected your new home, we’ll have the full report ready by the next day at the latest, depending on the time of the inspection.
Morning inspections: Same day
Afternoon inspections: Next day
The report will include a full checklist of all the items inspected, along with photo evidence of any issues found.
