On the day of inspection, we will need to take photographs documenting the inspection. These photos will be retained on file in confidence. Under the Code of Conduct for Pool Safety Inspectors, we may only release a copy of these photographs to an appropriate authority following National Privacy Principals under the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.
